When selling hardware tools on Ozon, product performance alone is not enough. Buyers scroll fast, compare visually, and make decisions within seconds. A well-designed main image must instantly communicate power, reliability, specifications, and value, even before the product description is opened.
As designers, our task is to transform complex hardware specifications into clear, confident, and conversion-focused visuals. For this project, we designed a full set of Ozon main images for different categories of hardware tools, including cordless impact wrenches, drills, chainsaws, pressure washers, and vacuum cleaners. Each image follows Ozon’s visual logic while maintaining strong brand presence, technical clarity, and emotional appeal.
Below, we break down the design logic behind each image, explaining how layout, color, typography, and composition work together to increase click-through rate and buyer trust.

The first image focuses on a cordless impact wrench, and the core design goal is to communicate raw power and durability at a glance.
We place the tool at a dynamic angle, slightly enlarged, so the metal head and grip immediately dominate the frame. This positioning visually reinforces torque and strength. The yellow-black color scheme is intentionally high-contrast, helping the product stand out in Ozon’s crowded search results.
Key specifications such as 24V power, 10,000 impacts per minute, and 110 Nm torque are presented in bold, modular blocks. These blocks are not decorative; they are structured for fast scanning. A user does not need to read everything—one glance already answers the most important buying questions.
Accessories like sockets, gloves, and the carrying case are included but kept secondary. This tells buyers that the product is a complete solution, without distracting from the main hero tool.

For the cordless drill image, the design tone shifts slightly from aggressive to professional and versatile.
The drill is shown upright, centered, and cleanly isolated against a light background. This neutral layout reflects precision and control—key values for drilling and fastening tasks. We clearly highlight brushless motor technology, 150 Nm torque, dual batteries, and high RPM performance.
Battery visuals are especially important here. By showing two batteries side by side and labeling capacity clearly, we address one of the biggest buyer concerns on Ozon: runtime and reliability. The layout reassures users that this tool is suitable for long work sessions, not just occasional home use.
Typography is kept bold but restrained, reinforcing a sense of engineering quality rather than exaggeration.

Chainsaws require a different visual approach. Buyers are not just purchasing a tool; they are buying cutting authority.
In this image, the chainsaw bar runs diagonally across the composition, visually increasing perceived length and strength. The chain detail is sharp and realistic, which subconsciously signals cutting efficiency and durability.
Specifications like 2800W power, 505 mm bar length, 0.325” chain pitch, and 1.5 mm chain thickness are presented in large numeric typography. Numbers dominate the layout because chainsaw buyers are highly spec-driven.
The “New Model” badge adds urgency and freshness, while the yellow background gradient keeps the image energetic and modern—ideal for catching attention in Ozon listings.

For the pressure washer, clarity and cleanliness guide the design.
The product is shown front-facing, symmetrical, and upright, mirroring the idea of control and stability. A clean white background with yellow accents reinforces the concept of cleanliness and water power.
We clearly highlight 145 bar pressure, 2.1 kW motor, and multi-nozzle accessories using icon-based visual blocks. This modular presentation helps buyers quickly understand usage scenarios—from car washing to heavy outdoor cleaning.
By visually separating accessories from the main unit, we show both core strength and functional flexibility, which is critical for conversion in this category.

This image emphasizes utility and trust.
The vacuum cleaner is positioned centrally, with a strong vertical stance that communicates stability. On the left and right sides, we present key information: 1000W power, 17L capacity, 4m cable, and 5-year warranty.
Warranty badges are especially important for household tools. By visually highlighting long warranty coverage, we reduce perceived purchase risk and strengthen brand credibility.
Accessory attachments are shown clearly on the side, reinforcing the idea that this vacuum is not a single-purpose device but a multi-function cleaning system.

The final image focuses on a mini cordless chainsaw, designed for portability and convenience.
Here, we deliberately contrast compact size with powerful specifications. The chainsaw is shown slightly angled, with strong lighting to emphasize contours and grip ergonomics.
Key features like 2300 RPM, 48V 6.0Ah battery, automatic oil lubrication, and two-year warranty are placed around the product in bold, high-contrast blocks. This reassures buyers that “mini” does not mean weak.
Protective gloves and the carrying case subtly suggest safety and portability, appealing to home users and DIY enthusiasts.
Although each tool serves a different function, all images follow a consistent design system:
This consistency builds brand recognition and professionalism, which is especially important when multiple tools appear under the same seller or brand storefront.
Ozon buyers behave differently from traditional website visitors. They compare quickly, rely heavily on visuals, and often decide before reading descriptions. Our main image design strategy focuses on:
By aligning design decisions with buyer psychology and platform rules, these images are built not just to look good—but to sell effectively.
Hardware tools demand clarity, confidence, and credibility. Through structured layouts, bold specification highlights, and consistent visual language, these Ozon main images transform complex tools into easily understood, high-trust products.
