Project overview
The product picture of the combination of ear clip headphones and smart watch needs to first explain the relationship between the two devices, and then explain the watch and headphones separately. This case focuses on the existing 7 Russian works of Ozon, dismantling the arrangements for product identification, theme description and condition verification. For brands and sellers who are preparing to produce pictures of similar products, the focus is not only on the style of the pictures, but also on understanding how different pictures distribute information so that product-related questions have corresponding reading positions.

design challenge
The work displays both a watch and an ear-clip type earphone. Simply writing Bluetooth earphones is not enough to describe the product target. The picture group needs to first establish a combination of cognition, and then disassemble the screen, sports, wearing and headset structures so that the two functional lines have their own positions.
Design strategy: Let the entire group of works form a clear information relationship
01 Allocate information tasks first, and then arrange the key points of the screen
The work is expanded by “Composition overview → Running scene → Ear clip wearing → Watch screen → Activity mode → Headphone details → Scene summary”. Figure 1 establishes the identification first, and then switches the composition and description position according to the actual theme. This division of information allows different questions to have their own place, reducing the need to pile up all the text in the first image, and preventing subsequent images from simply repeating the same product photo.
02 Use a consistent visual language to connect different reading tasks
Dark blue and white pages appear alternately, the cyan title connects the watch function, and the light character page and four-square grid are used for earphone wearing and structural instructions. The unified style serves the entire group identification, and composition changes serve different contents; the main title, auxiliary labels and product proportions in the picture jointly determine the reading order.
03 Reduce the explanation to specific parts, actions or choices
The focus of this set of works is to first explain the dual-device relationship, and then explain the watch and earphones separately. When dismantling, look at the correspondence between the whole machine and parts, themes and conditions: when there is structural information, look at the positional relationship, when there is scene information, look at the objects used, and when there are numbers, look at the categories and limiting conditions. Letting each picture answer a specific question has more explanatory value than repeatedly emphasizing the excellence of the product.
Dismantling the work: explaining the screen arrangement and information responsibilities of each picture
Figure 1 | Portfolio overview: showing two types of equipment at the same time

The watch is juxtaposed with two ear-clip headphones on a rocky background, with a 2-in-1 theme and icons above describing screen, headphones, calls and sports.
First, clarify the combination object to prevent users from mistaking subsequent headphone close-ups or watch functions for another independent case.
Figure 2 | Running scene: Put the combination into the activity environment

The running figure wears headphones and a watch. The two types of devices are enlarged below. The title revolves around sports, music and connection.
Characters provide reference for combination use, enlarged products maintain identification, and scene diagrams are responsible for explaining uses without inferring all conditions for leaving the mobile phone.
Figure 3|Wearing ear clips: Use the profile to illustrate the relationship between appearance

The character wears ear-clip headphones on his ears. The product is individually enlarged below, and the icons on the left organize the open structure and wearing themes.
The wearing position and product outline can be compared at the same time, which is suitable for explaining the shape relationship different from the in-ear type.
Figure 4|Watch screen: centralized explanation of size and interface

The 2.01-inch and 240×296 labels appear in the upper part, and the watch screen is enlarged to occupy the lower half of the screen.
The digital and real interfaces are on the same page, giving a visual reference to the screen size theme and also distinguishing watch information from headphone information.
Figure 5|Activity mode: connection menu and activity type

Sports figures, watch interfaces and four mode labels are juxtaposed, and icons at the bottom organize topics such as step count and distance.
The interface is responsible for looking at the operation entrance, and the label is responsible for looking at the categories. Activity information does not need to be squeezed into the first picture of the combination.
Figure 6|Headphone details: four panels explaining the structure and operation respectively

The four-square grid shows the outline of the ear clip, unit breakdown, battery indication and finger touch, and the text corresponds to the theme.
One grid assumes a problem, separating the appearance, sound, battery and operation, so as to avoid the description of the headset only being limited to photos of wearing it.
Figure 7|Scenario Summary: Let the combination return to daily needs

Small pictures of sports, work and rest are located in the upper part, watches and headphones are displayed in the lower part, and call and music icons are supplemented at the bottom.
The closing page reconnects the two functional lines, allowing users to understand the display value of the combination according to the usage environment.
Delivery summary and design value
The entire team delivers with a clear division of labor
The 7 works in this case respectively cover “combination overview → running scene → ear clip wearing → watch screen → activity mode → headphone details → scene summary”. The number of images depends on the actual content, and each image has its own theme while maintaining an overall identity through color, text hierarchy, or composition.
Procurement issues can be more easily mapped to specific information
Focusing on the combination of ear-clip headphones and smart watches, the work will “first explain the relationship between the two devices, and then explain the watch and headphones separately” into different pictures. When brands plan similar designs, they can first list the content that consumers need to identify, understand and check, and then determine the tasks and order of primary and secondary product images.
Value is based on interpretive methods and authentic works
The whole machine, part, scene and information cards provide different reading entrances, helping to organize product descriptions more clearly. The value of this case is the visible design expression and information division of labor; changes in click-through rates, sales, and conversion rates require additional statistical or test data support.
The parameters, materials and functions in this article are used to explain the content of the accompanying pictures. The specific specifications, applicable conditions and accompanying items are subject to the product information of the corresponding model.
Plan clearer product images for your Ozon products
If you also need to plan primary and secondary product images for your Ozon ear-clip headphone and smart watch combination, you can submit product links, existing pictures or product information to AIRSANG, explain the target market and required picture group range, and communicate the information organization and visual direction suitable for the product.
