Single new product launch
Ideal for a new store, first batch of merchandise or a new collection.
- Clarify the scope of this product and variations
- Complete the entry after confirming the sample
- Deliver listing results and data records
Choose your launch scenario and see what needs to be confirmed in the project.
Combine existing themes and product templates to organize titles, descriptions, media, variations, and categories to keep product pages in a unified reading order.
title, description, main product image and media sequence
Categories, Collections, Tags and Product Types
SKUs, Colors/Sizes, Price & Stock
Applicable page titles, abstracts and image descriptions
Combining the target market and specific categories, organize product identification information, titles, selling points, attributes and variants. Platform requirements and data gaps are confirmed item by item before implementation.
Applicable categories, required fields and data gaps
Target language, title, selling points and description
Material format, display order and SKU correspondence
Input results, platform feedback and pending items
Check for duplicate and missing information, and unify naming, copy format, media order and variant relationships. In the migration scenario, first confirm the correspondence between the old fields and the new fields, and then execute them in batches.
Duplicate Products, Missing Fields and Invalid Images
Series naming, classification and SKU variants
Title, description, images and confirmed data
Field correspondence, product quantity and front-end display
Use a desk lamp to display ideas for organizing information. Below are process examples, non-customer projects or real sales data.

Identify inconsistencies and missing items first. For materials, batteries, sizes or powers not provided, leave a pending confirmation mark.
After finishing naming, fields and material relationships, confirm the sample first. Do not use pictures to guess product performance, nor fill in prices or inventory without authorization.
The review example shows the inspection content and does not mean that the actual product has been put on the shelves. Unresolved missing items remain in the delivery list, and release arrangements are subject to project confirmation.
Sample confirmation provides evidence for batch execution. Each stage has content that can be viewed, questions are left in the list, and progress is left in the record.

Provide a basis for subsequent maintenance

Ideal for a new store, first batch of merchandise or a new collection.
Suitable for multiple SKUs, adjusting old products or changing platforms.
Suitable for teams with fixed plans for new releases and content updates.
Platforms and languages / Number of products and variants / Completeness of materials / Copywriting and image workload / Delivery time
Make it clear in advance where misunderstandings may arise.
Provide product listings, SKU and variant relationships, images, specifications, pricing and inventory information, target platforms and languages. Existing product pages or reference templates can also be provided together. Missing content will be listed separately and will be added after confirmation.
First confirm the number of product pages and the number of variants under each product, and then evaluate it based on data completeness, target language, image processing and input methods. Multiple colors or sizes do not directly equal multiple independent product pages. The statistical caliber will be clarified before the project starts.
The focus of basic shelving is the organization, adaptation and entry of existing data. Re-shooting, main product image design, scene production, professional translation, A+ or Rich Content production need to be confirmed separately within the scope of the project.
Expressions may be compiled based on the information you provide, but no inferences will be made about actual materials, sizes, performance, certifications or inventory. Missing and contradictory information will be marked and fed back, and then filled in after confirmation.
Priority is given to using collaboration accounts supported by the platform and with the minimum required permissions. Confirm price, inventory, release scope and whether to save a draft before starting; final account control remains in your hands.
The listing service is within the scope of the agreed content and review delivery, and subsequent maintenance will be confirmed through cooperation. Sales volume is also affected by factors such as product, pricing, traffic and operations, and ranking or sales volume guarantees are not used as delivery standards.
