Around the Christmas hair clip set, we organized the wearing display and style list into a set of English product pictures. The entire set of works adopts the visual language of red and green festivals, light-colored backgrounds, and photos of people wearing them. Through the division of labor in different pictures, the product appearance, local information, and usage situations are gradually presented.

Design Challenge: Let different information have its place
Hairpins are small in size and have many shapes. Simply listing them will easily lose the sense of wearing them. We combine style lists, sizing, clip details with photos of people, allowing readers to compare patterns and see the visual effects in the hair.
Our design strategy
The white background list is responsible for identifying the style, and the character photos are responsible for expressing the wearing and gift-giving situations.
Unify the four-frame photos, circular details and red and green embellishments to maintain order among the various patterns.
Style Overview: Make room for each of the ten looks

We arranged ten types of hairpins in a grid, and placed portraits of people in the lower corner as a reference for wearing. The white background and even spacing keep the different patterns clear, and the red and green colors naturally become the identification clues for the entire set of works.
Dimensions: arranged next to corresponding styles

We placed a dimension line next to each hairpin, closing the frame with the larger quantity information underneath. Keep an appropriate distance between text and patterns to reduce the problem of small-sized products being blocked by labels on the parameter page.
Clip details: handheld scale combined with circular magnification

We use a hand-held screen to explain the volume of the product, and the three circular windows next to it further display the decoration and clips. The magnification boxes are of the same size, and the detailed descriptions are arranged in the same direction, making the reading order clearer.
Children wearing: four-frame photos uniformly cropped

We use four similarly sized portrait areas to show the placement of hairpins in different hairstyles. The boundaries of the picture are consistent with the white space, so readers can focus on the head shape and decorative proportions.
Different shapes: continuation of the four-frame visual language

We continue to use the four-grid structure in another set of character wearing pictures, maintaining the same information density as the previous one. Different character backgrounds are integrated through unified cropping, and the entire set of works does not lose rhythm due to changes in photo sources.
Gift situation: use arcs to connect photos and products

We put the picture of the girl receiving gifts at the top, and a white arc area at the bottom to accommodate a row of hairpins. The arc gently separates the photo from the product listing and leaves a clear background for the description.
Family festivities: wrap up the set with an interactive scene

We completed the picture group with a scene of mother and daughter giving gifts, allowing the red and green decorations to echo the festive elements in the environment. The title uses an obvious font size hierarchy to retain the space near the character’s expression and prevent the text from overpowering the interactive subject.
Deliver and design value
This set of works contains a total of 7 product pictures. We arrange the responsibilities of different pictures around the wearing display and style list, and maintain the visual consistency of the entire set with photos of red and green festivals, light-colored backgrounds, and people wearing them. From overall identification to partial explanation, the pictures complement each other, allowing readers to find information based on their own concerns.
