Will the page be written as fixed HTML and cannot be modified later?

"Fixed pages" will not be used as the default scheme. Shopify projects will give priority to Sections / Blocks / Theme Settings; WordPress projects will design Widgets, Blocks, dynamic fields or templates based on existing editors and business needs, so that commonly used content can be maintained in the background.

Can I only develop partial functions of an existing theme?
